Our history
Anyone who knows Bill K. well can tell you that he was born embedded with a passion for creating. He began his first company at the age of 10 selling gadgets to his friends. His passion for partaking in constructive processes landed him in engineering and construction where he built a company comprised of a few dozen men and women who are the tight knit and well respected firm we know as Narrow Gate Design Build. Bill's 20+ years in the field coupled with his continued academic stewardship in the areas of design and engineering have made him a valuable resource to Narrow Gate's clientele for many years now. His dedication to quality construction and customer satisfaction, which permeate the company's atmosphere, make Narrow Gate a pleasure to work with day in and day out.

Narrow Gate Design Build is a full service provider of home improvement and contracting services operating in the South Florida area. Due to our dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer service since 2004, our team has grown to over 20 dedicated professionals.
Bill K., President
Bill K. has 18 years of project management and hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed home improvement and commercial construction contractor and a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE).
